Ingredients:-
- Four pieces of bread (multigrain, whole wheat, or white).
- Two eggs.
- One-fourth cup milk.
- 1/4 tsp powdered turmeric.
- Half a teaspoon of red chili powder, or to taste.
- Half a teaspoon of garam masala.
- Half a teaspoon of cumin powder.
- Add salt to taste.
- One little onion, diced finely.
- One little tomato, cut finely.
- One finely chopped green chili (optional).
- Two tablespoons of finely chopped coriander leaves.
- Two tablespoons of frying oil or butter.
Instructions:-
- Beat the eggs and milk together in a small dish until thoroughly blended. Add the salt, ground cumin, garam masala, red chili powder, and turmeric powder. Stir well.
- To the egg mixture, add the chopped onion, tomato, cilantro, and green chile, if using. Stir everything together until the veggies are mixed in all directions.
