Crab Fried Rice Recipe

Ingredients:-

- Two beaten eggs.
- One cup of mixed veggies, including sliced corn, peas, and carrots.
- Three minced garlic cloves.
- Two chopped green onions.
- Two tsp soy sauce.
- One spoonful of sauce for oysters.
- One-third tablespoon of fish sauce.
- One tablespoon of vegetable oil.
- To taste, add salt and pepper.
- Not required: chopped cilantro used as a garnish.
Instructions:-
- A big wok or skillet should be heated to medium-high heat. To coat the pan, add the vegetable oil and swirl.
- When the garlic is aromatic, add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté it for about 30 seconds.
- When the mixed vegetables begin to soften, add them to the skillet and stir-fry for two to three minutes.
