In order to prepare, begin by softening the onions, carrots, and celery in a saucepan of sautéing. Pour in the chicken broth and heat through. Add the cooked egg noodles, diced cooked chicken breast, and seasonings (salt, pepper, thyme, and bay leaves) after that. Simmer it until the flavors combine. Add some fresh herbs, such as parsley, if you want it to taste even more fresh. If desired, top hot dish with more parsley. Not only is this filling soup excellent, but it's also simple to alter by adding extra veggies or spices.

Ingredients:-
❤ One tablespoon of olive oil.
❤ One chopped onion and two sliced carrots.
❤ 2 cut celery stalks.
❤ Two minced garlic cloves.
❤ Two cups of cooked chicken, chopped or shredded; six cups of chicken broth.
❤ One cup of ramen noodles.
❤ A single tsp of dried thyme.
❤ To taste, add salt and pepper.
❤ Chopped fresh parsley (optional garnish).

Instructions:-
  1. Heat the olive oil in a big pot over medium heat. Stir in the chopped celery, carrots, and onion. Simmer for 5 to 7 minutes, or until the veggies are tender, stirring periodically.
  2. Once aromatic, add the minced garlic to the pot and cook for an additional minute.
  3. After adding the chicken broth, boil the mixture.
  4. When simmering, stir in the egg noodles, cooked chicken, and dried thyme. Mix thoroughly to blend.
  5. Simmer the soup gradually for ten to fifteen minutes, or until the noodles are soft.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste when preparing the soup.
  7. Spoon the soup into individual bowls and, if preferred, top with finely chopped fresh parsley.
  8. Enjoy while hot!
