Spinach Spaghetti Recipe

 Spinach Spaghetti Recipe

❤A colorful and nourishing pasta meal, spinach spaghetti is made with soft spaghetti strands that are flavored with either pureed spinach or finely chopped spinach. This leafy version gives the classic pasta meal a burst of color and a healthy dose of vitamins. Usually, the spinach is blanched and then pureed before it's mixed into the sauce or the pasta dough. The outcome is a delicious mingling of the soothing texture of al dente pasta with the earthy sweetness of spinach. Spinach spaghetti, which is frequently served with garlic, olive oil, and Parmesan cheese, puts a delicious variation on traditional Italian fare.

Ingredients :-  ❤ 225 g Spaghetti
                            ❤ Two tsp olive oil
                            ❤ Three minced garlic cloves
❤ 1/4 tspn optional red pepper flakes
❤ Six cups of freshly cleaned and finely cut spinach leaves
❤ To taste, add salt and pepper
❤ Grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup (plus more for serving)
❤ Zest from a lemon (optional; garnish)

Instructions :-
  1. Cook the pasta until al dente, following the directions on the package. With the exception of roughly 1/2 cup of the pasta water, drain and set aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a big skillet over medium heat. Be cautious not to burn the minced garlic as you sauté it for approximately a minute after adding it along with the red pepper flakes, if using.
  3. Chop the spinach and add it to the skillet. Sauté it for two to three minutes, or until it wilts.
  4. To taste, add salt and pepper to the spinach.
  5. Toss to mix. Add the cooked spaghetti and spinach to the skillet. To loosen the pasta, add a small amount of the pasta water that was set aside if it looks dry.
  6. Grated Parmesan cheese should be added to the spaghetti and spinach mixture, and everything should be uniformly coated after tossing to melt the cheese.
  7. If needed, adjust the seasoning by tasting it.
  8. If preferred, top the hot spinach spaghetti with more Parmesan cheese and lemon zest.

Savor your tasty and nourishing spaghetti with spinach!
