🍜 Asian cuisine's mainstay, spicy ramen noodles, tempt the senses with their hot kick and cozy warmth. These noodles are known for their flavorful broth that is enhanced with garlic, chili peppers, and other fragrant spices. The result is a symphony of tastes that entices the senses. The chewy noodles—which are usually made of rice or wheat—offer a pleasing texture that balances the strong flavor of the broth. Each slurp gains layers of flavor from toppings like creamy boiled eggs, crunchy veggies, and delicate pork chunks. Spicy ramen noodles consistently provide a daring and remarkable dining experience, whether they are consumed as a light meal or as part of a gourmet expedition.

Ingredients:-
❤ Two packets of instant ramen noodles (if you want to create your own broth, throw away the seasoning packets).
❤ Four cups of homemade or store-bought chicken or veggie broth.
❤ Two minced garlic cloves.
❤ One tablespoon of finely chopped ginger.
❤ A pair of teaspoons soy sauce.
❤ One tsp of sesame oil.
❤ Add one tablespoon of sriracha sauce or chili paste (taste and adjust to desired level of heat).
❤ One tsp sugar.
❤ One cup of sliced mushrooms—button, shiitake, or any other kind you like.
❤ Two chopped green onions.
❤ Add-ons: soft-boiled egg, sliced cooked chicken or pork, seaweed, tofu cubes, sliced green onions, bean sprouts, sliced jalapeños, corn kernels, etc..

Instructions:-
  1. Sesame oil should be heated over medium heat in a big pot. Add the grated ginger and minced garlic, and cook for about one minute, or until fragrant.
  2. Add the broth, either vegetable or chicken, and simmer.
  3. Add sugar, soy sauce, and either chili paste or sriracha sauce. Adapt the level of spice to your personal taste.
  4. After adding the sliced mushrooms, simmer the broth for five to seven minutes, or until the mushrooms are soft.
  5. Cook the ramen noodles per the directions on the package while the soup is simmering. After draining, set away.
  6. After the broth is heated through, portion the cooked noodles into bowls for dishing.
  7. Over the noodles, ladle the heated broth.
  8. Add chopped green onions as a garnish and feel free to add other toppings like sliced jalapeños, seaweed, tofu cubes, sliced cooked meat, or even a soft-boiled egg.
