About the seafood filling:

Ingredients :- 

❤ One pound (450g) of mixed seafood, chopped if needed (shrimp, crab meat, scallops, etc.)

❤ One tablespoon of olive oil.

❤ Three minced garlic cloves.

❤ 120ml, or half a cup, white wine.

❤ 240 ml (1 cup) heavy cream.

❤ To taste, add salt and pepper.

❤ Grated Parmesan cheese, 1/4 cup (60g).

❤ Two tablespoons of freshly chopped parsley

About the white Sause:

❤ Four tsp (60g) butter.

❤ 30g or 1/4 cup all-purpose flour.

❤ Two cups (480 milliliters) of milk.

❤ To taste, add salt and pepper.

❤1/4 teaspoon of nutmeg, ground

Other:

❤ Nine lasagna noodles, prepared per the directions on the box.

❤200g, or two cups Shredded mozzarella cheese.

❤50g or half a cup of grated Parmesan cheese.

Instructions :- 

❤Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish. Heat olive oil in a skillet, add mixed seafood, white wine, heavy cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. In a separate saucepan, melt butter, flour, milk, and season with salt and pepper. Whisk in the white sauce and season. Arrange the lasagna by spreading a thin layer of sauce, noodles, seafood mixture, white sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Cover the dish with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Remove foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes. Enjoy your delicious seafood lasagna!
