Instructions:-
- Set the oven temperature to 350°F (175°C). A baking sheet can be lightly oiled or lined with parchment paper.
- Whisk together the egg, vanilla extract, granulated sugar, and creamy peanut butter in a mixing basin. Mix until dough forms and mixture is fully incorporated.
- Optional step: You can roll tablespoon-sized bits of dough into balls and then lightly cover them in extra sugar if you like your cookies to have a somewhat crispy outside.
- The cookie dough balls should be spaced about 2 inches apart on the baking sheet that has been prepared. Press down carefully on each cookie with a fork to form a crosshatch design.
- Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the edges start to turn a light golden brown, in a preheated oven.
