Mini Pancake Recipe

 Mini Pancake Recipe

❤ Little pancakes, often called silver dollar pancakes, are delicious little pancakes that are smaller than a regular pancake. These little candies are adored for their adorable look and adaptability. Mini pancakes are made from a batter similar to ordinary pancakes and are usually fried in small dollops on a griddle or skillet, giving them a perfectly round, palm-sized shape. They are a favorite for breakfast, brunch, or even dessert because they can be personalized with different toppings like syrup, whipped cream, fresh fruits, or chocolate chips. Mini pancakes never cease to delight the senses, whether they are consumed as an independent snack or as a component of a bigger meal.

Ingredients:-❤One cup of flour for all purposes

                         ❤One spoonful of sugar

                         ❤One tsp baking powder

                         ❤One-half tsp baking soda

❤One cup buttermilk (or milk combined with one tablespoon vinegar or lemon juice  as an alternative) and one-fourth teaspoon salt

                         ❤One big egg

❤Two teaspoons of vegetable oil or melted butter

❤One teaspoon of optional vanilla extract

❤Using oil or butter to grease the pan

Instructions:-

  1. Mix the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt thoroughly in a sizable mixing bowl.
  2. Beat the egg, buttermilk, melted oil or butter, and vanilla extract (if using) in a separate dish.
  3. Mixing until just mixed, pour the wet components into the dry ingredients. Take care not to overmix; some lumps are acceptable.
  4. A nonstick skillet or griddle should be heated to medium heat. Apply a thin layer of butter or oil on the surface.
  5. Pour little amounts of batter onto the griddle using a small spoon or a squeeze bottle to create tiny pancakes that are about 2 inches in diameter.
  6. Cook the pancakes for one to two minutes on each side, or until they are cooked through and golden brown.
  7. Take the little pancakes from the griddle and cover to stay warm. Grease the griddle as needed and repeat with the remaining batter.
  8. Warm up the small pancakes and top with your preferred ingredients, including chocolate chips, whipped cream, fresh fruit, or maple syrup.
                                                Savor your mouthwatering tiny pancakes!
